Missing, Incorrect and Damaged ItemsUpdated 3 months ago

If you your order was Missing an item, got an incorrect item, or an item was damaged, we're truly sorry about that and will ship out the correct item or replacement. If it was damaged, please send a picture to [email protected] then once we receive the email, send it back, we will provide you with a label. If we sent the wrong item, please return the one you received with the return label you'll receive in your email and your correct one will be shipped out once we receive the tracking number to the wrong item. If you were missing a product, let us know what product it was and we will send it out immediately! Sorry for any inconvenience!
