If you would like to request a refund, the request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once the returned item(s) have been received, our team will inspect and quality-check the products to ensure they are in acceptable condition. Your refund will be issued after the return has been received and successfully inspected. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
